What are Delivery Costs?
Our standard charge is £4.95 per order placed. The charge for furniture is £40 per item of furniture and the charge for mirrors is £25 per item ordered. If you are ordering several pieces of furniture, or several mirrors, please call us: we may be able to quote a reduced delivery cost.
Customers may also collect their items from the shop by arrangement.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Due to shipping costs, normally we deliver only to addresses in mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands). However, if you live in the Scottish Highlands or elsewhere we shall be happy to quote delivery charges to your area. Please contact us.
How do I know my Personal Information is secure?

When will my account be debited?
We only ever charge your card at the point the order has been depatched.
How will I know my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order an email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please keep this email safe, as it will contain your order reference number and other important details.
When should I expect to receive my order?
Deliveries are normally despatched within 72 hours. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. For larger items, such as furniture please allow up to 28 days. If for any unforeseen reasons there is a delay, we will contact you.
Is it easy to return unwanted items?
Of course it is. Please contact us by telephone, letter, fax, or email within seven working days after they were received. We will arrange to exchange, or refund the goods, providing they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging. |
